National Support Services Limited was established in 2004 and have expanded our service offering since our inception.

We place a high focus on delivering quality, value-added services with personal attention to our clients.  We are committed to delivering consistent measurable quality, achieved through continuous training of our cleaning professionals, implementation of our Quality Systems, and with hands-on supervision of our staff – our most valuable assets.

Our cleaning professionals are supported by a back-up team of supervisors, management and office personnel. We have a strict recruitment process to ensure we only recruit staff who possess the same attitude to quality and customer service as we do.  Following their induction training, we implement a training plan for each staff member to ensure that they are equipped with the skills required to deal with our clients cleaning requirements, in a safe and professional manner.  We empower our staff to continually identify areas for improvement at our client sites and implement solutions with the assistance of our Area Supervisors.
